The invention discloses a preparation method and a use method of an anti-abrasion concrete admixture under a freeze thawing-corrosion environment, and the admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of STG powder, 5-8 parts of polyimide fiber, 1-3 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl (HPMC) cellulose, 10-13 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 10-15 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 10-13 parts of an expanding agent. Wherein the STG powder comprises modified silica fume-glass powder, titanium silicon carbide and graphene oxide. The anti-abrasion concrete admixture under the freeze-thaw-corrosion environment can effectively inhibit decomposition of calcium hydroxide, can refine a pore structure, enables hydraulic concrete to be more compact, improves corrosion resistance of the hydraulic concrete, enhances anti-abrasion performance of the hydraulic concrete, has good low-temperature resistance, and is suitable for being used in the field of hydraulic engineering. The material can be suitable for a cold low-temperature environment, and the anti-abrasion strength under the low-temperature condition is obviously improved.
本发明公开了一种冻融‑溶蚀环境下抗冲磨混凝土外加剂的制备方法和使用方法,所述外加剂包括以下重量份数的各组分:50~60份STG粉末,5~8份聚酰亚胺纤维,1~3份羟丙基甲基(HPMC)纤维素,10~13份聚羧酸减水剂,10~15份防冻剂,10~13份膨胀剂,其中STG粉末包括改性硅灰‑玻璃粉、碳化硅钛、氧化石墨烯。本发明的冻融‑溶蚀环境下抗冲磨混凝土外加剂可以有效抑制氢氧化钙的分解,并能够细化孔隙结构,使水工混凝土更加致密,在提高水工混凝土抗溶蚀的能力的同时增强了其抗冲磨性能,该外加剂具有良好的耐低温性能,可以适用于寒冷低温环境中,对于低温条件下的抗冲磨强度有着明显的提高。
