Macromolecular hybrid geopolymer composite anchoring material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polymer hybrid geopolymer composite anchoring material and a preparation method thereof. The anchoring material is prepared from metakaolin, superfine blast furnace slag, red mud, silicon carbide fibers, silica fume, alunite, cellulose nanocrystals, nano silicon dioxide sol, a silane coupling agent, isocyanate and polyether polyol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding a polyurethane nano material hybrid with a geopolymer system consisting of metakaolin, superfine blast furnace slag, red mud and water glass, and doping silica fume, silicon carbide fibers and a small amount of alunite; and finally, the high-molecular hybrid geopolymer composite anchoring material with a tight and firm three-dimensional interpenetrating network structure system is formed. The composite anchoring material; the silicon carbide fiber and the alunite are added, so that the problems of poor bending resistance and shrinkage of the geopolymer are effectively solved, and the performance of the composite material tends to be perfect.
本发明公开了一种高分子杂化体地聚合物复合锚固材料及其制备方法,所述锚固材料包括偏高岭土、超细高炉矿渣、赤泥、碳化硅纤维、硅灰、明矾石、纤维素纳米晶、纳米二氧化硅溶胶、硅烷类偶联剂、异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇。制备方法式将聚氨酯纳米材料杂化体与偏高岭土、超细高炉矿渣、赤泥和水玻璃组成的地聚合物体系进行复合,并掺加硅灰、碳化硅纤维和少量明矾石,最终形成一种拥有紧密牢固三维互穿网络结构体系的高分子杂化体地聚合物复合锚固材料。该复合锚固材料;碳化硅纤维和明矾石的加入有效解决了地聚合物抗弯性能不佳以及收缩问题,使复合材料的性能趋于完善。
