The invention relates to the field of micro-powder material preparation, and particularly discloses a preparation process of silicon carbide micro-powder for pressureless sintering of silicon carbide products. According to the invention, the liquid silicon source, the liquid carbon source and the catalyst are selected as the raw materials for preparing the silicon carbide micro powder, so that compared with a common preparation method of the silicon carbide micro powder, the generated silicon carbide micro powder internally contains a very small amount of sulfur impurities but does not contain more carbon impurities, and the influence on a sintered product is far less than that of the carbon impurities; after the solid silicon carbide micro powder is generated, residual raw materials in the silicon carbide micro powder need to be filtered through a filtering tank, the filtered silicon carbide micro powder is mixed with water to form slurry to be screened, the silicon carbide micro powder can be graded, the silicon carbide micro powder with the proper particle size can be screened out for use, and finally the silicon carbide micro powder is dried and screened to be loose; the silicon carbide micro-powder meeting the preset particle size requirement can be manufactured, the whole process of the production technology contains few impurities, and the influence on a finished product is small.
本发明涉及微粉材料制备领域,具体公开了一种无压烧结碳化硅制品用碳化硅微粉的制备工艺;本发明通过选用液态硅源、液态碳源和催化剂作为碳化硅微粉的制作原料,相比于一般碳化硅微粉的制作方法,生成的碳化硅微粉内部虽然含有极少量的硫杂质,但是不会含有较多的碳杂质,对烧结制品的影响远小于碳杂质,而且固态碳化硅微粉生成后需要经过滤罐过滤去除碳化硅微粉中的残留原料,过滤之后的碳化硅微粉与水混合形成料浆进行筛分,能够对碳化硅微粉进行分级并筛选出粒径合适的碳化硅微粉使用,最后对碳化硅微粉进行干燥筛松,不仅能够制作出符合预设粒径要求的碳化硅微粉,而且生产工艺整体流程杂质少,对成品影响小。
