The invention relates to the technical field of bridge expansion joints, in particular to a multidirectional displacement dustproof comb plate expansion joint and a construction technology. Comprising mounting shells distributed in a central symmetry mode, comb plates are arranged on the upper sides of the mounting shells, sealing gaskets are arranged between the mounting shells and the adjacent comb plates, first fixing shells distributed symmetrically are fixedly connected into the mounting shells, first sliding rods are connected to the first fixing shells in a sliding mode, and liquid is injected between the upper sides of the first sliding rods and the first fixing shells; a first threaded rod is fixedly connected to the upper side of the first sliding rod and is in threaded fit with a bolt. When a bolt is loosened, liquid in a first fixing shell is increased, and an adjacent first threaded rod is driven to move downwards, so that the bolt, an adjacent comb plate and an adjacent mounting shell are tensioned again, and shaking of the comb plate caused by loosening of the bolt is avoided; and meanwhile, dust and other impurities are prevented from entering the adjacent mounting shells through the sealing gaskets.
本发明涉及桥梁伸缩缝技术领域,尤其涉及一种多向变位防尘式梳齿板伸缩缝及施工工艺。包括有中心对称分布的安装壳,安装壳的上侧设置有梳齿板,安装壳和相邻的梳齿板之间设置有密封垫,安装壳内固接有对称分布的第一固定壳,第一固定壳滑动连接有第一滑动杆,第一滑动杆的上侧与第一固定壳之间注有液体,第一滑动杆的上侧固接有第一螺纹杆,第一螺纹杆螺纹配合有螺栓。本发明通过在螺栓松动时,使第一固定壳内液体增多,传动相邻的第一螺纹杆向下移动,从而重新将螺栓和相邻的梳齿板与相邻的安装壳之间拉紧,避免螺栓愈发松动导致梳齿板的晃动,同时利用密封垫防止灰尘等杂质进入相邻的安装壳内。
