The invention relates to a bridge deck seamless connecting plate of web wave-shaped FRP plates filled with concrete, which comprises FRP wave-shaped webs, an FRP bottom plate, filled concrete, in-hole FRP ribs and tensile FRP ribs, and the FRP wave-shaped webs are arranged in multiple rows in the longitudinal direction of a bridge and span beam bodies or bridge abutments on the left side and the right side; the FRP bottom plate is placed on the bottom face of the connecting plate, and the two ends of the FRP bottom plate are placed on the beam bodies or the bridge abutments on the left side and the right side respectively to support the FRP corrugated web. The FRP corrugated web and the FRP bottom plate are glued into a whole; filling concrete is poured between the FRP corrugated web and the FRP bottom plate; holes are formed in the FRP corrugated web, and FRP ribs are arranged in the holes in a penetrating mode; thin-layer PVC (polyvinyl chloride) materials are laid on contact surfaces between the FRP bottom plate and the beam bodies or the bridge abutments on the left side and the right side; and reinforcing steel bars extending out of the beam bodies on the two sides or the bridge deck slabs of the bridge abutments are embedded in the filled concrete.
