Spiral stirrup box girder section reinforcement cage
The invention discloses a spiral stirrup box girder section steel reinforcement framework which comprises a top plate steel reinforcement framework, two web steel reinforcement frameworks and a bottom plate steel reinforcement framework. Web steel bar frameworks are arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate steel bar framework respectively, all the web steel bar frameworks are jointly connected to the top plate steel bar framework, at least one steel bar framework comprises a plurality of longitudinal steel bars and a spiral stirrup which is formed by continuously bending a bar material and is in a rectangular spiral line shape, and a space is formed in the spiral stirrup. All the longitudinal steel bars are inserted into the space and connected to the spiral stirrups. When spiral stirrups of the top plate steel reinforcement framework, the bottom plate steel reinforcement framework and the web steel reinforcement framework are all formed by continuously bending a bar material to be in a rectangular spiral line shape, the integrity of the steel reinforcement frameworks is enhanced, and the hooping effect of the stirrups on concrete in a core area is improved; in addition, from the angle of prefabrication processing, the number of times of breaking and bending during manufacturing of a single separated stirrup reinforcement is reduced, and the standardization degree of manufacturing of the prefabricated box girder reinforcement cage is improved.
本发明公开一种螺旋箍筋箱梁截面钢筋骨架,包括有顶板钢筋骨架、两个腹板钢筋骨架以及底板钢筋骨架;底板钢筋骨架的两侧分别设置有腹板钢筋骨架,所有腹板钢筋骨架共同连接于顶板钢筋骨架,至少有一个以上钢筋骨架包括有多个纵向钢筋以及由一根筋材连续弯折呈矩形螺旋线状的螺旋箍筋,螺旋箍筋内设置有空间,所有的纵向钢筋插入空间内并连接在螺旋箍筋上。当顶板钢筋骨架、底板钢筋骨架、腹板钢筋骨架的螺旋箍筋均是由一根筋材连续弯折呈矩形螺旋线状,不仅增强了钢筋骨架的整体性提高了箍筋对核心区混凝土的环箍效应;而且从预制加工角度而言减少了由于制作单片分离式箍筋钢筋的节断和弯折次数,提高预制箱梁钢筋骨架制作的标准化程度。
