Fabricated bridge reinforcing method and device applying additionally-arranged reinforced concrete superposed beams
The invention discloses an assembly type bridge reinforcing method and device applying an additionally-arranged reinforced concrete composite beam, an assembly type bridge body is erected on a bent cap, and the reinforcing method comprises the following steps that a, an asphalt layer, a concrete pavement layer and a wet joint layer between bridges are chiseled away from top to bottom; b) bending the reinforcing steel bar along the bridge direction, and reserving the operation width; c) arranging a padstone on the cover beam, fixing a rubber support on the padstone, hoisting the I-shaped steel beam prefabricated member and mounting the I-shaped steel beam prefabricated member on the support, and arranging a plurality of shear nails at the upper end of the I-shaped steel beam prefabricated member; d) binding flange plates and steel bars, wherein the contact parts of the steel bars and the shear nails are connected by welding; (e) concrete is cast in place, and the I-shaped steel beam prefabricated part is effectively connected with the original bridge body; and (f) asphalt concrete is poured for pavement, and a diaphragm is installed. According to the reinforcing device, the reinforcing strength can be adjusted in a self-adaptive mode according to the load change of the bridge, the rubber support can be protected from being damaged due to impact, the stability of the bridge is improved, and the safety of the bridge bearing sudden heavy loads is remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种应用增设钢混叠合梁的装配式桥梁加固方法及装置,在盖梁上架设装配式桥梁本体,加固方法包括以下步骤:a)由上至下,凿除桥梁间沥青层、砼铺装层、湿接缝层;b)顺桥向掰弯钢筋,预留作业宽度;c)盖梁上设置垫石,垫石上固定橡胶支座,吊装工字钢梁预制件并安装到支座上,工字钢梁预制件上端设置若干剪力钉;d)绑扎翼缘板及钢筋,钢筋与剪力钉接触处采用焊接连接;e)现浇混凝土,将工字钢梁预制件与原桥梁体有效连接;f)浇筑沥青混凝土铺装,安装横隔梁。本发明的加固装置不仅可以根据桥梁载重变化自适应调整加固力度,还可以保护橡胶支座受到冲击而损坏,提高了桥梁的稳定性,显著增加了桥梁在承受突发重载时的安全性。
