The thin plate is a reflective body or self-luminous body thin plate, the outer side face of the thin plate is wrapped with a protective film, the framework at each end is composed of an installation handle, a horizontal rod below the installation handle and an arc-shaped rod below the horizontal rod, and the thin plate is connected between the arc-shaped rods at the two ends; thus, when the tunnel contour belt is scraped by a head-on vehicle, the arc-shaped rod can form elastic bending deformation or rotation in the vehicle driving direction, and the thin plate is driven to synchronously deform or rotate; and when the tunnel contour belt is separated from the scraping of the vehicle, the arc-shaped rod elastically resets or rotationally resets and drives the thin plate to synchronously restore to the original shape or the original position, so that the device has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in construction, low cost, safety, reliability, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like.
