According to the pile driving and pulling device, a base, a pile driving mechanism and a clamping mechanism are arranged, a channel penetrating through the base is formed in the base, a driving mechanism is installed on the base, the pile driving mechanism comprises a first driving piece and a pile driving assembly, the first driving piece is installed on the driving mechanism, and the pile driving assembly is installed on the first driving piece; the piling assembly is movably arranged in the channel in a penetrating mode, the clamping mechanism is installed on the driving mechanism, the clamping mechanism is right opposite to the channel, the piling assembly is movably arranged in the clamping mechanism in a penetrating mode, a clamping space used for clamping a pile column to be constructed is formed in the clamping mechanism, and the piling assembly can go deep into or stretch out of the clamping space. The to-be-constructed pile column clamped in the clamping space by the clamping mechanism is subjected to piling construction; and meanwhile, the integrated design of piling and pile pulling of the pile column to be constructed is achieved, the equipment investment is effectively reduced, and then the practicability of the device is improved.
本发明公开了一种打桩拔桩装置，通过设置基座、打桩机构以及夹持机构，基座上形成有贯穿其的通道，基座上安装有驱动机构，打桩机构包括第一驱动件以及打桩组件，第一驱动件安装于驱动机构，打桩组件安装于第一驱动件，且打桩组件可活动地穿设于通道，夹持机构安装于驱动机构，夹持机构正对通道设置，打桩组件可活动地穿设于夹持机构，夹持机构上形成有用于夹持待施工桩柱的夹持空间，打桩组件能深入或伸出夹持空间，以对被夹持机构夹持于夹持空间内的待施工桩柱进行打桩施工；提高了对工作人员的保护，同时本设计实现待施工桩柱打桩和拔桩一体式设计，有效的减少了设备投入，进而提高了装置的实用性。
