The fabricated house comprises a building body and a base, a containing groove is formed in the bottom face of the base, a bearing plate is slidably connected into the containing groove in the vertical direction, a driving assembly is arranged between the bottom face of the containing groove and the bearing plate, and a friction pad is arranged on the face, away from a driving piece, of the bearing plate; a through groove used for communicating with the side wall of the base is formed in the side wall of the containing groove in the horizontal direction, and an anchoring lifting lug is slidably connected into the through groove in the horizontal direction. When the friction pad abuts against the installation platform, the anchoring lifting lugs are hidden in the through grooves. A linkage piece is arranged between the bearing plate and the anchoring lifting lug, and when the bearing plate moves upwards, the linkage piece is used for driving the anchoring lifting lug to move outwards. Different states of the bearing plate and the anchoring lifting lug are selected according to different to-be-installed planes, so that different connection modes between the base and the to-be-installed planes are selected, the fabricated house can be matched with the different to-be-installed planes, and the application range of the fabricated house is further expanded.
