Comprising a brushing assembly, the brushing assembly comprises a base body, a plurality of nozzles and a plurality of brush bodies, an inner cavity is formed in the base body, the nozzles are connected to the outer surface of the base body, communicated with the inner cavity and used for spraying gas or liquid, and the brush bodies are connected to the outer surface of the base body; the driving assembly is connected with the scrubbing assembly and drives the scrubbing assembly to move along the surface of the building needing snow removal; and the supply assembly communicates with the inner cavity of the scrubbing assembly and supplies gas and liquid with the pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure into the inner cavity. By integrating the functions of washing, brushing and blowing technologies, snow can be effectively and thoroughly removed in time in winter, and the requirements for cooling and daily cleaning in summer can be met. During operation, the direction, angle, speed, force, frequency and the like are automatically adjusted, and during design, the appearance, size, length, width, thickness, structure, material, permutation and combination modes and the like can be customized for production.
