Precast concrete air duct device and construction method
The invention provides a precast concrete air duct device and a construction method. The construction method is used for a precast concrete air duct of a nuclear power station house. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a formwork is erected on a prefabricated yard, hoisting nails, corrugated pipes, shear pins, vertical connecting pieces, wall connecting pieces and floor connecting pieces are installed, and a concrete air duct is poured and maintained; (2) reinforcing the prefabricated concrete air duct by using a customized transportation frame tool, and transporting the prefabricated concrete air duct to an installation site by a trailer in cooperation with a hoisting machine; (3) the prefabricated concrete air duct is hoisted by a hoisting machine to a mounting position, and the corrugated pipes, the shear pins, the vertical connecting pieces, the wall connecting pieces and the floor connecting pieces are aligned and mounted in a falling mode; 4, after the prefabricated air duct is installed, concrete secondary pouring and grouting are conducted on the prefabricated air duct and a constructed structure. The construction method with reliability and guidance is provided, all links of construction of the prefabricated concrete air duct are clear, and the construction quality of the prefabricated concrete air duct is controllable.
本发明提供了一种预制混凝土风道装置及施工方法,本施工方法是用于核电站房预制混凝土风道的施工方法。该施工方法包括如下步骤:1)在预制场支设模板,安装起吊钉、波纹管、抗剪钉、竖向连接件、墙体连接件、楼板连接件,浇筑混凝土风道,并进行养护;2)使用定制运输架工装加固预制混凝土风道,配合起重机械,由拖车运输至安装场地;3)由起重机械起吊预制混凝土风道,吊至安装部位,对齐波纹管、抗剪钉、竖向连接件、墙体连接件、楼板连接件,落位安装;4)预制风道安装后,与已施工结构进行混凝土二次浇筑与灌浆。本发明提出了一种具有可靠性、指导性的施工方法,明确了预制混凝土风道施工各个环节做法,使与预制混凝土风道施工质量可控。
