The invention discloses an adjustable supporting device between primary and secondary ridges of an inclined plate formwork support and a construction method thereof.The adjustable supporting device comprises a base plate installed on the primary ridge of the inclined plate formwork support, a through hole is formed in the first end of the base plate, and a through groove is defined by two limiting plates on the two opposite sides of the base plate and the base plate; hinge shafts are connected to the ends, away from the penetrating holes, of the two limiting plates; one end of each clamping plate is provided with a penetrating hole, the penetrating holes of the two clamping plates are movably arranged on the hinge shaft in a sleeved mode, the opposite side of one clamping plate is connected with a bearing plate, the other clamping plate is provided with an inserting hole, the bearing plate is movably inserted into the inserting hole, and a containing groove is formed between the bearing plate and the two clamping plates. A tying assembly is connected between the other ends of the two clamping plates so that the two clamping plates can be clamped on the secondary ridge; and the adjusting rod is mounted in the through hole in a position-adjustable manner and is supported on the supporting plate. The adjustable supporting device solves the problems that a main edge and a secondary edge of an adjustable supporting device between the main edge and the secondary edge of an existing inclined plate formwork support are in side face point contact, force cannot be effectively transmitted, and the slippage risk exists.
本发明公开了一种斜板支模架的主次楞之间的可调支撑装置及其施工方法,包括:基板,安装于斜板支模架的主楞上,基板的第一端开设有穿孔,基板的相对两侧的两限位板与基板之间围合形成通槽,两限位板的远离穿孔的一端连接有铰接轴;两夹板,夹板的一端开设有穿孔,两夹板的穿孔可活动地套设于铰接轴,一夹板的相对侧连接有支承板,另一夹板开设有插孔,支承板可活动地插设于插孔中,支承板与两夹板之间形成容置槽,两夹板的另一端之间连接有拉结组件以令两夹板夹持于次楞;调节杆,位置可调地安装于穿孔中且支撑于支承板。本发明解决了现有的斜板支模架的主次楞之间的可调支撑装置的主楞与次楞为侧面点接触,无法有效传力,有滑移风险的问题。
