Provided is a system for calculating the degree of clogging of a filter with high accuracy while suppressing the amount of necessary data. The system includes a controller (60). The controller (60) stores a determination permission condition including a condition that the flow rate of the hydraulic oil passing through the filter (45) exceeds a predetermined flow rate threshold value. A determination permission time, which is the integrated value of the times when the determination permission condition is satisfied, and a determination target time, which is the integrated value of the times when the determination permission condition is satisfied and the differential pressure of the filter (45) exceeds a predetermined differential pressure threshold, are calculated. The controller (60) calculates the degree of clogging indicating the degree of clogging of the filter (45) on the basis of the ratio between the determination permission time and the determination target time.
