An adjustable slider of a window regulator includes a base body configured to be connected to a cable of the window regulator; and a clamping plate assembly, the clamping plate assembly is provided with a first jaw and a second jaw, and the first jaw and the second jaw are configured to clamp the window glass between the first jaw and the second jaw. The hinge plate supports the clamping plate assembly. A first adjustment mechanism pivotably connects the hinge plate to the base body such that the cleat assembly and the hinge plate can pivot relative to the base body allowing a vertical angle of the cleat assembly to be changed. The first adjustment mechanism can be actuated to move the hinge plate in a fore-and-aft direction relative to the base body to allow the fore-and-aft position of the cleat assembly to be adjusted.
