The invention provides a calcium hydroxide production device which comprises a crushing assembly, a digestion assembly, a drying and scattering assembly and a winnowing assembly, and the crushing assembly is used for crushing quick lime; the digestion assembly is used for receiving the quicklime crushed by the crushing assembly, so that quicklime powder is mixed with water for digestion reaction; the drying and scattering assembly is used for receiving the digested materials and drying and scattering the materials; the winnowing assembly is used for receiving the materials dried and scattered by the drying and scattering assembly; wherein the drying and scattering assembly comprises a drying bin, two sieve plates, a driving assembly and a heating assembly, and a feeding opening is formed in the upper end of the drying bin and used for receiving digested materials; the two sieve plates are transversely arranged on the lower side of a feeding port of the drying bin, the two sieve plates are spaced by a preset distance in the vertical direction, and the two sieve plates have the freedom degree of transverse reciprocating motion; the driving assembly is connected with the sieve plate and used for driving the sieve plate to transversely reciprocate; the heating assembly is connected with the sieve plate and used for heating the sieve plate.
