The device comprises a workbench, the width of a bottom plate is matched with that of the workbench, the bottom plate is conveyed on the workbench, and an upper air nail gun assembly and a lower air nail gun assembly are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the workbench correspondingly and used for nailing clamping nails into the upper side and the lower side of the bottom plate correspondingly; the upper air nail gun assembly comprises a second mounting frame arranged above the workbench, a fixing frame is arranged at the upper end of the workbench, and a first air cylinder is arranged on the fixing frame to drive the second mounting frame to move in the conveying direction of the bottom plate; a movable frame capable of sliding is arranged on the workbench, and the sliding direction is parallel to the conveying direction of the bottom plate. A mounting plate capable of ascending and descending is arranged on the moving frame, and a suction nozzle is arranged on the mounting plate; therefore, transferring and unloading are completed; the bottom plate is prevented from moving on the transmission rod, so that the staple bolts at the lower end of the bottom plate are prevented from interfering with the transmission rod.
