The aeolian sand and the building residue soil are matched for use, the aeolian sand can effectively prevent the frost heaving phenomenon, the building residue soil can promote cementation of all the components and improve the anti-seepage performance of the anti-seepage cushion layer, and the aeolian sand and the building residue soil are existing materials in the desert area, so that the transportation cost can be effectively reduced.
