Method for preparing cement admixture by microwave-activated coal gangue
The invention relates to a method for preparing a cement admixture from microwave-activated coal gangue. The method specifically comprises the following steps: crushing and grinding original coal gangue; the ground coal gangue powder is placed in a microwave reactor to be heated; cooling the treated coal gangue powder to obtain activated coal gangue powder; mixing the coal gangue powder subjected to microwave activation with cement and limestone powder, adding water, and stirring; quickly injecting the uniformly stirred slurry into a building block mold, and then carrying out microwave curing; and curing the cured test piece under a standard curing condition until 28D. The coal gangue material obtained through grinding is uniform in particle size distribution, mineral activity in the material can be improved, and the reaction degree is improved. The microwave reactor with an automatic induction adjusting system is selected, the microwave heating capacity is fully utilized to enable the temperature in the coal gangue to be uniformly increased, and the obtained material has good pozzolanic activity. Compared with the traditional thermal activation, the total time for activation is greatly shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced while the activation efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种微波活化煤矸石制备水泥掺合料的方法,具体为:将原状煤矸石破碎粉磨;将粉磨后的煤矸石粉置于微波反应器中加热升温;将处理后的煤矸石粉进行冷却处理得到活化煤矸石粉;将微波活化后的煤矸石粉和水泥、石灰石粉进行混合并加水搅拌;将搅拌均匀后的料浆迅速注入砌块模具中,接着进行微波养护;将养护后的试件置于标准养护条件下养护直至28D。本发明研磨得到的煤矸石材料粒径分布均匀,有利于增加材料中的矿物活性,提高反应程度。选用带有自动感应调节系统的微波反应器,充分利用微波加热的能力使煤矸石内部均匀升温且得到的材料具有良好的火山灰活性。活化所用的总时长与传统热活化相比大大缩短,提高了活化效率的同时减少了能耗。
