The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to a composite sagger, a preparation method and application. The composite sagger comprises the following raw materials: spinel, petalite, sodium zirconium phosphate, a 10% polyvinyl alcohol solution, water and a coating. According to the sagger provided by the invention, spinel is a mineral composed of magnesium-aluminum oxides and has the advantages of erosion resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance and the like. Petalite and sodium zirconium phosphate are introduced into the sagger, low-temperature sintering of the spinel material is achieved, the sintering strength is high, and the thermal vibration performance is good; and a zirconium oxide coating is generated on the surface of the sagger through a sol-gel process, so that the alkali corrosion resistance of the sagger can be greatly improved, and the service life of the sagger is prolonged. The sagger provided by the invention is high in strength, and the damage rate is low through mechanical and automatic operation in the using process.
