According to the prepared carbon/carbon-silicon carbide gradient composite material flat plate, gradient is formed in the thickness direction from inside to outside, the reaction speed of the surface of the flat plate and oxygen at the high temperature is reduced, the bonding problem of metal and a carrier plate during powder metallurgy sintering is fundamentally solved, and the service life of the flat plate is effectively prolonged.
