Two compaction rotating rollers and an auger are driven to rotate through a driving mechanism, a water injection pipeline is externally connected with a water conveying pipeline, water liquid can enter a mounting box through the water injection pipeline, then enters a water spraying disc through the interior of a connecting pipeline and finally is sprayed out through the interior of a cleaning spraying hole, and then the mounting box is made to move front and back; in this way, sprayed water can wash the outer walls of the two compaction rollers and the outer wall of the packing auger, and operation is easy and convenient.
