A top plate is arranged at the top of the top block; locking mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the second supporting block, and each locking mechanism comprises a gear; a cutting mechanism is arranged on one side of the top plate and comprises a cutting wheel; the top of the cutting mechanism is provided with a sliding mechanism, the sliding mechanism comprises sliding rods, the outer side of each sliding rod is movably sleeved with two supporting columns, when the cutting wheel is steered, the cutting wheel is lifted through the adjusting mechanism, the cutting wheel is moved to the other end through the sliding mechanism, and in the process, the joint cutter does not need to be moved; and the position of the cutting wheel after movement and before movement are in the same straight line.
