The invention provides a middle transverse shaft type flap gate for a navigation gate hole, which stretches across the navigation gate hole, is used for water retaining, flood discharge and navigation, and comprises a gate bottom plate, two side gate piers, at least one middle gate pier, a shaft driving device, a transverse rotating shaft, a gate plate, middle support bearings and two side support bearings, and the number of the middle support bearings is in one-to-one correspondence with that of the middle gate piers; equipment mounting cavities are formed in the two side gate piers; the middle gate piers are evenly distributed in gate holes between the two side gate piers and fixedly arranged on the gate bottom plate at intervals, and the middle supporting bearings are installed on the tops of the middle gate piers in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The transverse rotating shaft penetrates through each middle supporting bearing and each side supporting bearing; the transverse rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the vertical middle of the gate plate, and the gate plate comprises a lower plate part located below the transverse rotating shaft and an upper plate part located above the transverse rotating shaft. The gate used for the navigation gate hole meets the requirements for safe operation, convenient overhaul and maintenance and cost reduction at the same time.
