The invention provides a foam concrete soil karst cave grouting construction method, which relates to the technical field of soil karst cave construction, and comprises the following steps: measuring and determining the central position of a soil karst cave, and making a pile position arrangement diagram according to design requirements; pre-drilling holes are formed in the construction positions based on the pile position arrangement diagram; drilling is conducted in the pre-drilling position, and a pumping hole and an exhaust hole are manufactured; a pumping guide pipe is mounted in the pumping hole; an exhaust pipe is mounted in the exhaust hole; foam concrete is manufactured; the foam concrete is pumped into the soil karst cave through the pumping guide pipe until the whole soil karst cave is filled with the foam concrete, and pumping construction is finished; and after pumping construction is finished, the pumping guide pipe and the exhaust pipe are pulled out, and orifices of the pumping hole and the exhaust hole are blocked. According to the invention, the foam concrete is adopted to replace low-grade concrete, so that the setting time of the concrete is shortened, the flowing property of the concrete is improved, the pouring difficulty is reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
