The invention relates to a design method for the mounting position of a rotating shaft of an outward-opening handle, the outward-opening handle and an automobile. The design method comprises the following steps: selecting a first design constraint condition of the outward-opening handle, and searching a rotating shaft pre-installation reference line on a selected transverse section of the handle based on the first design constraint condition; selecting a second design constraint condition of the outward-opening handle, and searching a rotating shaft rotating point corresponding to the second design constraint condition on the rotating shaft pre-installation datum line; and determining the mounting position of the rotating shaft based on the rotating shaft rotating point. When the outward-opening handle is applied to different vehicle types, the mounting position of the rotating shaft can be determined according to the design method provided by the invention, then the handle of the outward-opening handle and the fixing part for mounting the rotating shaft on the base can be adjusted, the structures of other parts do not need to be improved, and the outward-opening handle can be continuously used; modularization application of the handle body and the base of the outward-opening handle can be completely achieved, the cost of the outward-opening handle can be reduced to the maximum degree, and the quality and using performance of the outward-opening handle can be greatly improved.
