The invention provides a robot remote automatic door control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: installing a wireless ZigBee communication module on an ARM processing module in a robot, and enabling the wireless ZigBee communication module to be programmed to generate and transmit a signal for controlling the opening of an automatic door; a wireless ZigBee receiving module and a relay are installed in the automatic door, and the relay is connected with a button switch of the automatic door; and the wireless ZigBee receiving module is matched with the wireless ZigBee communication module for use, controls the relay to be closed after receiving the door opening signal, and simulates the pressing action of a button switch of the automatic door, so that the automatic door is opened. The wireless ZigBee communication module is integrated in the robot and is matched with the ZigBee receiving module on the automatic door, so that the function of remotely opening the automatic door without physical contact is realized, and the operation efficiency is greatly improved.
