The anti-seepage installation construction method comprises the steps of window opening base layer treatment, window frame fixing, window edge seam filling, seam filling water spraying, window edge waterproof coating reinforcing layer coating, closing-in sealant and outer window overall water spraying. In base layer treatment, the base layer is subjected to roughening and wetting treatment, and the bonding force of mortar and the base layer is increased; in the window edge seam filling process, waterproof mortar is adopted for seam filling, a seam filling gun is used for seam filling, and the seam filling efficiency and the seam filling quality are improved; in the window edge waterproof coating reinforcing layer, construction of the JS waterproof coating layer is reinforced, and the double waterproof effect of the ultrahigh building window is achieved; in the sealing process of the closing-in sealant, the closing-in sealant is applied to the joint face of the outer decoration face layer and the window frame, and the first waterproof defense line is kept.
