Flood-preventing floating type disaster-preventing and water-saving integrated building structure
The present invention addresses the problem of promoting rainwater utilization, achieving effective utilization of water resources, and contributing to reducing outflow of rainwater after concentrated drainage into sewers, rivers, etc. According to the flood-prevention floating-type disaster-prevention and water-saving integrated building structure, a water storage tank at the bottom serves as a drainage-type buoyancy tank to enable a building to float so as to prevent the building from being soaked in water, and the aim of achieving the common task of a target 6, a target 11 and a target 13 of SDGs which are combined with the sustainable development target of the country is achieved. The water storage tank on the lower layer accumulates rainwater, so that the center of gravity of the building is lowered, and the shock resistance is improved. In addition, all the floating movable components serve as basic structures, so that the anti-seismic function can be achieved, and meanwhile water stored in all the water storage tanks can serve as the most scarce fire-fighting water when an earthquake or a fire happens.
本公开将雨水利用推广相关法律作为课题包括推动雨水利用,实现水资源有效利用,并有助于减少雨水集中排放到下水道、河流等后的流出。以联合国可持续发展目标的SDGs的目标6,目标11以及目标13共通课题的实现为目标,该防水灾上浮型防灾节水一体化建筑结构将底部的蓄水槽作为排水式浮力槽,让建筑物上浮以避免其浸水。下层的蓄水槽会积蓄雨水,使得建筑物重心降低从而提高耐震性能。另外,各上浮可动构件作为基本结构可以在实现抗震机能的同时,亦可以将各蓄水槽中的储存水作为地震或火灾发生时最紧缺的消防用水进行使用。
