The invention discloses an anti-theft locking bolt assembly. The assembly includes an anti-theft bolt threadably attachable to an article to be protected, a bolt cap tightly fitted into a bore on a head of the anti-theft bolt, a cylinder housing at least partially rotatably connected to the head of the anti-theft bolt, the lock cylinder housing is configured to cover the bolt cover and the lock cylinder and provide means for preventing removal of the bolt cover. The anti-theft locking bolt assembly is suitable for locking a wheel and also for replacing a spark plug of a combustion engine to prevent unauthorized use of the vehicle.

The invention discloses an anti-theft locking bolt assembly.
