The invention relates to a leveling system of a paver and a control method of the leveling system. The system comprises a leveling sensor, a leveling remote control device and a leveling expansion device, the leveling sensor is used for detecting the distance between a target road surface and a leveling reference surface; the leveling remote control device is used for controlling a leveling instrument of the paver and comprises the steps of setting the sensitivity of the leveling instrument; the leveling expansion device is arranged in a cable harness of the leveling instrument and used for outputting PFM signals of different frequencies according to the distance between the target road surface and the leveling datum plane and the sensitivity of the leveling instrument so as to control a leveling electromagnetic valve to enable a leveling oil cylinder to execute corresponding leveling actions. The leveling system of the paver provided by the invention is not provided with a leveling controller any more, so that the cost is reduced while the leveling operation is simplified; and the PFM is used for controlling the leveling electromagnetic valve, so that the action stability of the leveling oil cylinder is improved, the leveling oil cylinder can execute fine actions, and the pavement construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种摊铺机找平系统及其控制方法，系统包括：找平传感器、找平遥控装置和找平拓展装置；所述找平传感器用于检测目标路面与找平基准面之间的距离；所述找平遥控装置用于控制摊铺机的找平仪，包括设置找平仪的灵敏度；所述找平拓展装置设于所述找平仪的电缆线束中，用于根据所述目标路面与找平基准面之间的距离和所述找平仪的灵敏度，输出不同频率的PFM信号，以控制找平电磁阀使找平油缸执行相应的找平动作。本发明提出的摊铺机找平系统不再配备找平控制器，简化了找平操作的同时降低了成本；使用PFM控制找平电磁阀，提高找平油缸动作的稳定性，使得找平油缸能够执行精细动作，提高路面施工质量。
