The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-bearing-capacity and high-friction polyurethane shock insulation support, which comprises the following steps of: coaxially arranging a plurality of stiffening steel plates by adopting an auxiliary supporting tool to complete pouring of a polyurethane elastic material, and releasing the stiffening steel plates to axially slide in the subsequent vulcanization process; and the positions of the stiffening steel plates can be automatically adjusted downwards along with shrinkage of the polyurethane elastic material in the vulcanization process, so that the polyurethane elastic material and the stiffening steel plates are poured together to form the bridge support. According to the high-bearing-capacity and high-friction polyurethane shock insulation support and the preparation method thereof, multiple stiffening steel plates are coaxially arranged and poured through an auxiliary tool, and then the stiffening steel plates can move in the axial direction in the vulcanization process.
