The invention relates to the field of bridge construction, in particular to a built-in totally-enclosed operation platform for a thin-wall hollow pier and a mounting method of the built-in totally-enclosed operation platform. Comprising a shaft platform and a plurality of supporting pieces, the supporting pieces are distributed on the same horizontal plane along the inner side of the hollow pier, and the shaft platform is placed on the supporting pieces; the shaft platform comprises an outer frame, a plurality of main beams evenly distributed in the inner space of the outer frame and a table top laid on the upper surfaces of the main beams and the outer frame. The bracket is simple in structure, the shaft platform and the bracket body can be prefabricated in advance, the whole bracket is installed and detached through hoisting, the efficiency is improved, meanwhile, compared with a traditional scaffold and other modes, dangerous operation such as binding at high altitude is omitted, and the safety of operators is improved; and the maximum area of the shaft platform can be the same as the area of the cross section of the inner side of the hollow pier, so that the operation space is effectively enlarged.
