Sand-carrying and sand-discharging method and sand-discharging device for casting, flushing and suspending silt
The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects, and particularly discloses a sand carrying and discharging method for throwing, flushing and suspending silt, which comprises the following steps: S1, before discharging the silt, adopting a hollow flushing and suspending generator, arranging a flow guide pipe communicated with a hollow position at the top of the flushing and suspending generator, covering the flushing and suspending generator at a position to be subjected to silt removal, and discharging the silt; the flow guide pipe is aligned with a turbulent flow area generated during sand discharging of a sand discharging hole in the dam; and S2, during sand discharging, high-pressure water flow is continuously introduced into the flushing suspension generator, the high-pressure water flow impacts the covered silt to form a water-sand mixed suspension, and the suspension is sprayed to the turbulent flow area from the flow guide pipe. The desilting device comprises a working ship and a steel cable, and further comprises a flushing and suspending generator, the steel cable is used for pulling the flushing and suspending generator, and a water pump is installed on the working ship and used for providing high-pressure water flow for the hollow position of the flushing and suspending generator. The scheme is used for solving the problems of high desilting energy consumption and low desilting efficiency in desilting of the deep reservoir in the prior art.
本发明涉及水利工程技术领域,具体公开了一种抛射冲悬泥沙的携沙排沙方法,包括如下步骤:S1、排沙前,采用内部中空的冲悬发生器,冲悬发生器的顶部设有连通中空位置的导流管,将冲悬发生器罩在待清沙位置,将导流管对准大坝上排沙孔排沙时产生的湍流区;S2、排沙时,向冲悬发生器内持续通入高压水流,高压水流对罩住的泥沙进行冲击而形成水沙混合的悬混物,悬混物从导流管喷射到湍流区。排沙装置,包括工作船和钢索,还包括冲悬发生器,钢索用于牵引冲悬发生器,工作船上安装水泵,水泵用于给冲悬发生器的中空位置提供高压水流。本方案用以解决现有技术对于深水库排沙存在的排沙耗能高、效率低的问题。
