Dry spraying mixing pile dust removal system device and using method
Compared with a wet spraying mixing pile dry method, the dry spraying mixing pile construction method has more technical advantages. However, in the dry spraying construction process, after high-pressure gas and curing agent powder are sprayed into a soil layer through a stirring drilling tool, part of the curing agent powder can escape to the earth surface along a drill rod and a soil body gap around the drill rod, and dust raising and environmental pollution are caused to a construction site and the periphery. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides the dust removal system device for the dry-spraying mixing pile and the use method, a three-stage dust removal technology is adopted, and a dust removal mode of a dustproof flow guide cover, a dust removal mode of a cyclone dust remover and a dust removal mode of a soaking dust collection box are respectively utilized. According to different environmental protection requirements and application scenes, dust in gas dust flow escaping to the ground can be captured and collected in a coarse level, a medium level and a fine level through different combinations of three-level dust removal technologies, and therefore protection of a construction site and the surrounding environment is achieved; and a foundation is laid for application of a dry spraying mixing pile technology in an urban environment.
干喷搅拌桩工法与湿喷搅拌桩干法相比,具有较多技术优势。然而,在干喷施工过程中,当高压气体与固化剂粉料通过搅拌钻具喷入土层后,会有部分固化剂粉料沿钻杆与钻杆周围土体缝隙“逃逸”到地表,导致施工场地及周边产生扬尘和环境污染。为解决这个技术难题,本发明提出了一种干喷搅拌桩除尘系统装置及使用方法,通过采用三级除尘技术,分别利用防尘导流罩除尘方式、旋流除尘器除尘方式以及浸水扑尘箱除尘方式。针对不同的环保要求及应用场景,通过三级除尘技术的不同组合,能够将逃逸到地上的气尘流中的粉尘分粗、中、细三级捕捉收集,从而实现施工场地及周边环境的保护;为干喷搅拌桩技术在城镇环境中应用打下了基础。
