The invention relates to a rotary jacking device of an assembly type portal rigid frame and a portal rigid frame construction method.The rotary jacking device comprises a middle jacking supporting column, a left side hinge structure and a right side hinge structure are arranged at the upper end of the middle jacking supporting column, and the rotary jacking device further comprises a left side positioning supporting frame and a right side positioning supporting frame which are provided with second walking wheels at the bottoms; the upper end of the left positioning supporting frame is provided with a left supporting connecting structure used for being detachably connected with the bottom of a left precast beam, and the upper end of the right positioning supporting frame is provided with a right supporting connecting structure used for being detachably connected with the bottom of a right precast beam. The rotary jacking device further comprises a left jacking machine which is matched with the jacking supporting column to jack the left end of the left precast beam during use and a right jacking machine which is matched with the jacking supporting column to jack the right end of the right precast beam during use. The technical problem that in the prior art, when the portal rigid frame is hoisted, multiple truck cranes need to be cooperatively constructed, and the construction difficulty is large is solved.
本发明涉及一种装配式门式刚架的转动顶升装置及门式刚架施工方法,包括中间顶升支柱,中间顶升支柱的上端设置有左侧铰接结构和右侧铰接结构,转动顶升装置还包括底部设置有第二行走轮的左侧定位支撑架和右侧定位支撑架,左侧定位支撑架的上端设置有用于与左侧预制梁底部可拆连接的左侧支撑连接结构,右侧定位支撑架的上端设置有用于与右侧预制梁底部可拆连接的右侧支撑连接结构,转动顶升装置还包括使用时与顶升支柱配合而顶升左侧预制梁左端的左侧顶升机和使用时与顶升支柱配合而顶升右侧预制梁右端的右侧顶升机。本发明解决了现有技术中,门式刚架吊装时需要多台汽车吊协同施工而施工难度大的技术问题。
