The invention belongs to an assembled integral precast concrete member, and relates to a spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete superposed beam structure form and a manufacturing method. The spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete superposed beam is composed of a prefabricated part and a post-pouring part located on the prefabricated part, and is prepared by mixing spontaneous combustion coal gangue coarse and fine aggregates with concrete. The preparation method of the prefabricated part comprises the steps of aggregate processing, material preparation, template installation, reinforcing steel bar processing, aggregate pretreatment, concrete mixing, pouring, galling, maintenance, template removal and the like. The post-pouring part can be formed by pouring spontaneous combustion coal gangue aggregate concrete or common concrete and a construction site. According to the composite beam, resource utilization of the coal gangue in assembly of the integral prefabricated concrete member is achieved, and the composite beam is low in manufacturing cost, light in self weight, good in integrity and good in heat preservation and heat insulation performance, meets the requirements of green and energy-saving buildings and has wide market application prospects.
