The invention discloses a concrete curing roll film laying device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a chassis, a roll film roller, a flattening roller and a roll film fixing device used for fixing a roll film arranged on the roll film roller in a sleeving mode. A film rolling roller fixing frame is arranged above the chassis, a film rolling roller is horizontally arranged on the film rolling roller fixing frame, and a horizontally-arranged flattening roller is installed at the front end of the chassis. The film rolling fixing device comprises a threaded rod and a limiting plate, the threaded rod is parallel to the film rolling roller and arranged on the film rolling roller fixing frame, the limiting plate comprises a limiting ring and a connecting plate which are connected with each other, the film rolling roller is sleeved with the limiting ring, the connecting plate is provided with an internal thread structure matched with an external thread structure on the threaded rod, and the connecting plate is in threaded connection with the threaded rod. A hand wheel is fixed to one end of the threaded rod. The concrete curing roll film laying device is reasonable in structural design, the roll film is limited through the limiting plates, the stability during roll film laying is improved, the laying efficiency and laying quality are improved, and the application prospect is good.
