The invention discloses a historical building facade bare brick wall overhanging brick eave repairing method which comprises the following steps that S1, an original deteriorated brick eave is dismantled, a containing groove is formed in a bare brick wall at the joint of the bare brick wall and the original deteriorated brick eave, sundries in the containing groove are cleaned up, the sundries comprise broken bricks and dry mortar powder, and the broken bricks and the dry mortar powder are placed in the containing groove; cleaning the brick surface in the accommodating groove; s2, vertical steel bars are planted in the containing grooves in the arrangement direction of the containing grooves at intervals, and the upper ends and the lower ends of the vertical steel bars are fixedly connected with the upper walls and the lower walls of the containing grooves correspondingly; s3, the containing groove is filled with the bricks from bottom to top, the newly-formed brick eaves and the degraded brick eaves are made to be the same in original appearance and shape, the bricks are bonded through the mixed mortar, and the bricks and the inner wall of the containing groove are bonded through the mixed mortar; and S4, cleaning residues on the surfaces of the newly formed brick eaves. The connecting strength of the repaired brick eave and the bare brick wall can be effectively improved, so that the system safety is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种历史建筑外立面清水砖墙悬挑砖檐的修缮方法,该方法包括以下步骤:S1.拆除原劣化砖檐,并在清水砖墙与原劣化砖檐连接处向清水砖墙内掏出容置槽,并将容置槽内的杂物清理干净,所述杂物包括碎砖块、干灰浆粉,清理容置槽内砖面;S2.在容置槽内沿容置槽排列方向间隔植入竖向钢筋,所述竖向钢筋的上下两端分别与容置槽的上下壁做固定连接;S3.自下而上将砖块填入容置槽,并使得新形成的砖檐与劣化砖檐的原貌形状相同,砖块与砖块之间、砖块与容置槽内壁之间均通过混合砂浆粘结;S4.清理新形成的砖檐表面残留物。本发明能够有效提升修复后砖檐与清水砖墙的连接强度,从而提升系统安全性和使用寿命。
