A telescopic device comprises a shell group unit, a rotating unit and a telescopic unit. A protruding tooth set is formed on one side in the shell set unit. The rotating unit is arranged in the shell group unit, and one end of the rotating unit is provided with a clamping tooth group which is connected with the protruding tooth group in a clamping mode. The clamping tooth set and the protruding tooth set are matched to allow the rotating unit to rotate relative to the shell set unit in the first rotating direction and can be matched to prevent the rotating unit from rotating in the second rotating direction opposite to the first rotating direction. One part of the telescopic unit is assembled and wound on the rotating unit, and the other part of the telescopic unit protrudes out of the shell group unit and can be pulled, so that the protruding length of the part protruding out of the shell group unit is increased, and the rotating unit is driven to rotate along the first rotating direction. The problem that the telescopic unit accidentally rotates and is rolled up can be solved.
