The invention discloses a wireless charging management method and system and an intelligent lock. The wireless charging management system comprises a transmitting module and a receiving module. The transmitting module comprises a first control unit, a power management unit and a transmitting circuit; the receiving module comprises a receiving circuit and a receiving conversion unit; the power management unit is connected with the power supply and the transmitting circuit and used for receiving electric signals output by the power supply and outputting the electric signals to the transmitting circuit for electromagnetic wave transmitting. The first control unit is connected with the power management unit and is used for detecting and adjusting the transmitting power of the transmitting circuit through the power management unit; and the receiving conversion unit is connected with the receiving circuit and the charging circuit and is used for converting the electric signal output by the receiving circuit and outputting the converted signal to the charging circuit so as to charge the charged equipment through the charging circuit. According to the invention, the charging power can be adjusted in the wireless charging process, so as to adapt to the charging of the charged equipment under different loads.
