METHOD FOR PRODUCING ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING AND COATED CASTING MOLDS FOR PRODUCING COMPONENTS IN A COLD CASTING METHOD OR A LAMINATING METHOD
A method of producing a casting mould for additive manufacturing for producing a component in a cold casting process or a lamination process, comprising the steps of: a) determining the three-dimensional structure of the casting mould, b) providing a mixture wherein the mixture comprises a binder and an aggregate, c) providing a pressure fluid comprising an aqueous solution of magnesium chloride or magnesium sulfate, d) applying a layer of the mixture to the support, e) applying only a pressure fluid to the portion of the mixture that will form a part of the casting mould, f) applying another layer of the mixture to the previous layer of the mixture, g) applying only a pressure fluid to the portion of the mixture that will form a part of the casting mould, and f) applying only a pressure fluid to the portion of the mixture that will form a part of the casting mould. H) repeating steps f) and g) until the desired casting mold shape is obtained, i) solidifying the portion of the mixture that has been added with the magnesium chloride or magnesium sulfate aqueous solution, j) removing the mixture that has not yet been mixed with the aqueous solution, and coating at least those portions of the casting mold that are in contact with the material of the cold casting lamination process with a shell.
