A mounting frame is arranged on the moving mechanism, the moving mechanism drives the mounting frame to move and rotate, and the stacking mechanism, the driving assembly and the pushing mechanism are mounted on the mounting frame; the paper sticking assembly is placed on the stacking mechanism in a limited mode, a working position is arranged on the stacking mechanism, the material pushing mechanism can push the paper sticking assembly on the stacking mechanism to the working position, and the material pushing mechanism is matched with the stacking mechanism to unload the paper sticking assembly on the working position. The robot comprises the device, a robot body and a controller. The gummed paper tearing device can automatically tear off gummed paper pasted on a working face, can work continuously, is convenient to use and is particularly suitable for high-altitude operation.
