Carbon-rich lime kiln production system
The invention discloses a carbon-rich lime kiln production system which comprises a kiln body and a kiln cavity. The kiln cavity comprises a calcining chamber, a carbon cooling chamber, a water cooling chamber and an oxygen cooling chamber which are sequentially connected in series from top to bottom; a carbon dioxide injection mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the carbon cooling chamber; a water vapor injection mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the water cooling chamber; and an oxygen injection mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the oxygen cooling chamber. A single air or carbon dioxide cooling structure independently adopted by a traditional lime kiln cooling section is replaced with a multi-medium multi-stage cooling structure, CO2 enrichment is achieved, meanwhile, the lime cooling effect can be guaranteed and improved, and the quality of lime products is guaranteed; and the difficulty of capturing and recycling the carbon dioxide in the subsequent lime kiln flue gas can be greatly reduced. The device has the advantages of simple structure, easiness in operation, flexibility in adjustment, low investment cost and the like, and realizes effective compatibility of good carbon enrichment effect and good lime product quality.
本发明公开了一种富碳石灰窑生产系统,包括窑体和窑腔;窑腔包括自上而下依次串联的煅烧室、碳冷室、水冷室以及氧冷室;在碳冷室的下部设有二氧化碳喷入机构;在水冷室的下部设有水蒸汽喷入机构;在氧冷室的下部设有氧气喷入机构。通过将传统石灰窑冷却段单独采用空气或二氧化碳的单一冷却结构替换为多介质多级冷却结构,在实现CO2富集的同时,还可保障并提高对石灰的冷却效果,并保证了石灰产品的质量;可大幅降低后续石灰窑烟气中二氧化碳的捕集回收难度。具有结构简单,易操作、调节灵活、投入成本低等优点,实现了碳富集效果好和石灰产品品质好的有效兼容。
