The invention discloses a fine grain type cold-mix asphalt mixture which comprises the following components in parts by weight: a component (a): 80-90 parts of aggregate, a component (b): 5-10 parts of high-elasticity and high-viscosity emulsified asphalt, a component (c): 3-10 parts of filler and a component (d): 3-10 parts of water. The fine-grained cold-mixed asphalt mixture can effectively prolong the service life of a pavement, improve the driving quality, repair the surface defects of the pavement, improve the safety property, increase the skid resistance, improve the drainage of the pavement and reduce the noise of the pavement. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fine grain type cold-mix asphalt mixture.
