Electromagnetic wave absorbing material based on DLP printing and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an electromagnetic wave absorbing material based on DLP printing and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the electromagnetic wave absorbing material based on DLP printing comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a wave-absorbing agent, a wave-transmitting material, a pore-forming agent, photosensitive resin and a photoinitiator to obtain premixed slurry, and then carrying out vacuum degassing treatment to obtain printing slurry; (2) the obtained printing slurry is added into a DLP printer to be subjected to light curing forming, then ultrasonic cleaning and post-curing are conducted, and a green body is obtained; (3) carrying out debonding and phenolic aldehyde impregnation on the obtained green body to obtain an impregnated body; and (4) carrying out carbon thermal reduction on the obtained impregnated body to obtain the electromagnetic wave absorbing material based on DLP printing.
本发明涉及一种基于DLP打印电磁波吸收材料及其制备方法。所述基于DLP打印电磁波吸收材料的制备方法包括:(1)将吸波剂、透波材料、造孔剂、光敏树脂和光引发剂混合,得到预混浆料后再经真空脱气处理,得到打印浆料;(2)将所得打印浆料添加至DLP打印机中进行光固化成型,再进行超声清洗和后固化,得到生坯;(3)将所得生坯进行脱粘和酚醛浸渍,得到浸渍体;(4)将所得浸渍体经过碳热还原,得到所述基于DLP打印电磁波吸收材料。
