The invention provides a SiC ceramic connection method and a SiC ceramic connector, and the connection method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing a ceramic precursor, an organic solvent, an inorganic filler and a catalyst, then rapidly stirring the mixture to obtain a precursor adhesive, secondly, smearing the precursor adhesive between the butt joint surfaces of two adjacent SiC ceramics, and finally, forming the SiC ceramic connector. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, forming a sandwich connection structure, then, carrying out first heat treatment on the sandwich connection structure to enable a precursor adhesive to be completely crosslinked and cured to form a connection layer tightly connected between two adjacent SiC ceramics, and finally, completely wrapping the periphery of the connection layer with silicon particles, and carrying out second heat treatment on the connection layer to obtain the silicon-based composite material. The silicon particles in the molten state are made to permeate into pores of the connecting layer; according to the invention, the SiC inorganic filler is added into the precursor adhesive, and the fused silicon permeation treatment is carried out on the cured connecting layer to perfectly fill the pores of the connecting layer, so that the connecting layer is compact and firm.
