The invention discloses a water-based tape casting slurry preparation method, a porous ceramic electrode plate preparation method and a porous ceramic electrode plate, and the water-based tape casting slurry preparation method comprises the following steps: pre-sintering initial ceramic powder at different pre-sintering temperatures, and sieving to obtain at least two kinds of ceramic powder with different particle size distribution and sintering activity; the ceramic powder is oxide ceramic material powder; at least two kinds of ceramic powder, a solvent, a dispersing agent, a pore forming agent and a surfactant are mixed and subjected to first-time ball milling, and initial slurry is obtained; mixing the initial slurry with a binder, a plasticizer, a lubricant and a surfactant, and carrying out secondary ball milling to obtain intermediate slurry; and sieving the intermediate slurry to obtain the water-based tape casting slurry. The ceramic powder with different particle sizes is finely screened and ingeniously combined, so that the bulk density of the powder and the uniform distribution of pores are optimized, and a consistent and uniformly distributed microporous structure is formed in the ceramic film.
本发明公开了水基流延浆料制备方法、多孔陶瓷电极片的制备方法和多孔陶瓷电极片,水基流延浆料制备方法包括:将初始陶瓷粉体在不同预烧温度下预烧处理并过筛后,获得具备不同粒度分布及烧结活性的至少两种陶瓷粉体;陶瓷粉体为氧化物陶瓷材料粉体;将至少两种陶瓷粉体、溶剂、分散剂、造孔剂和表面活性剂进行混合并第一次球磨,得到初始浆料;将初始浆料与粘结剂、塑化剂、润滑剂和表面活性剂进行混合进行第二次球磨,得到中间浆料;将中间浆料进行过筛处理后,得到水基流延浆料。本发明通过将不同粒径的陶瓷粉体进行细致筛选和巧妙组合,优化了粉体的堆积密度及孔隙的均匀分布,使得陶瓷薄膜内部形成了一致且分布均匀的微孔结构。
