The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, and particularly discloses a preparation method of an aluminum modified polycarbosilane solution and SiCNAl ceramic obtained by deriving the aluminum modified polycarbosilane solution. According to the preparation method, solid polycarbosilane is mixed with aluminum trichloride and hexamethyldisilazane for reaction, and the obtained clear and transparent solution is the aluminum modified polycarbosilane solution. The preparation method is simple in preparation step, mild in condition, convenient to regulate and control, low in cost and easy to popularize and apply on a large scale.
