The invention discloses a construction method of a pile-slab structure adopting a concrete-filled steel tubular column, which comprises the following steps of: (1) prefabricating a prestressed concrete pipe pile, the concrete-filled steel tubular column and a concrete beam slab; (2) driving the prestressed concrete pipe pile to a designed elevation by adopting a static pressure or hammering method; (3) coaxially connecting the concrete-filled steel tubular column and the prestressed concrete tubular pile by adopting a pile-column connecting component, wherein the concrete-filled steel tubular column is completely or partially positioned above the ground; (4) hoisting the concrete beam slab in place; and a column plate connecting component is adopted to connect the steel pipe concrete column with a longitudinal and transverse wet joint of a # imgabs0 # pouring concrete beam plate, and construction is completed. The invention has the advantages of short construction period, reasonable structure, good mechanical property, low manufacturing cost, factory prefabrication and assembly splicing of main components, high site construction speed, small environmental pollution, enhancement of the compression resistance, bending resistance and shear resistance bearing capacity of the lower structure, and more prominent effect when being used in high seismic intensity areas.
